Meet Owen Eyestone, he is currently a senior majoring in Advertising in the School of Journalism and Mass Communication. Initially starting his Texas State career in the business school, he transferred into SJMC and values the environment and communication fostered by his professors and peers. The bobcat community cultivated in the School of Journalism and Mass Communication is his favorite part of being an Advertising Major.

“One of the most impactful things was going to the career fair that was designed for SJMC students which opened new opportunities and I was able to get an internship through that fair”

He is scheduled to graduate at the end of this current fall semester. Upon graduation Owen will be pursuing a career in Advertising!
